This Privacy Policy explains how Nopo ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you play Smash Land! (the "Game") on Android and iOS. By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or postal address inside the Game.
The Game and the third-party services it uses may automatically collect:
Your game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us. This includes level progress, coin balance, power-up inventory, and your sound, music, haptic, and notification settings. Uninstalling the Game removes this data from your device.
The Game uses the following third-party services, which may collect and process data as independent controllers under their own privacy policies:
| Service | Purpose | Privacy Policy |
|---|---|---|
| Google AdMob (Google LLC) | Interstitial and rewarded advertising, ad measurement | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Google Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) | Gameplay and usage analytics | firebase.google.com/support/privacy |
| Google Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC) | Crash reporting and stability diagnostics | firebase.google.com/support/privacy |
| Unity (Unity Technologies) | Game engine | unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy |
| Google Play / Apple App Store | App distribution | Google · Apple |
The Game displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Two formats are used:
To serve and measure advertising, AdMob and its partners may use your advertising identifier, IP-based approximate location, and information about your interaction with ads. Ads may be personalised based on this information where permitted.
On iOS 14.5 and later, the Game asks for your permission before accessing the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) for tracking purposes. This request appears through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework the first time you launch the Game.
You can change this choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the Game presents a consent request before personalised advertising is enabled. You may change or withdraw your consent at any time from the Game's settings screen.
The Game can send local reminder notifications to your device — for example, a daily reminder that new levels are waiting. These are local notifications scheduled on your device by the Game itself; they are not sent from our servers, and no personal data leaves your device in order to deliver them.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on the following legal bases:
We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers listed in Section 3, and only for the purposes described in this policy. We may also disclose information where required by law, court order, or a valid governmental request, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Analytics and crash data are retained by our service providers for the periods set out in their own policies, typically between two and fourteen months for event-level data. Data stored locally on your device remains until you delete the Game or clear its data.
The Game is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the address below and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Because the Game does not use accounts, we may need additional information (such as your device advertising identifier) to locate data associated with you. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 13.
If you are in California, you may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information as defined by these laws.
Our service providers may process and store data on servers located outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated within the Game or through the app store listing. Continued use of the Game after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
